Our traditional patés from Corsica.

A selection of 12 patés with typical flavours. Their secret? A promotion of local Corsican specialities: various games, the famous figatellu or brocciu cheese  (which benefits from a Protected Designation Of Origin) and the mot characteristic flavours of our island: myrtle, chestnut, clementine, etc. With these patés, we whould share with you the authentic taste of a richer and flavourful Corsican cook, especially dear to our childhood.
