Charles Antona; the company founder of Corsica Gastronomia in 1991, is jam and canned food manufacter in Corsica. Today Corsica Gastronomia is the undeniable specialist of Corsican specialities, mixing tradition and innovation based on an ancestral know-how and original creations. Charles Antona' specialities reflect his personal values. He wants his products to be "the expression of a land, a perfume and a flavour" because "before selling a product, there's its history...". From the starter (patés), up until the dessert (nougats and confectionary), over the main course (cooked dishes and chutneys), and without forgetting breakfast (jams and Corsican biscuits: the famous Canistrelli), you will enjoy the best of Corsican specialities.
We offer you a gastronomic trip through more than 300 references and among them, 100% organic products. You will found out in this section our two ranges: Charles Antona & "Les Spécialités de Minnà" (line dedicated to specialized delicatessens): typical and tasteful products for particular customers who like to find the flavours they once knew and also discover new and unknown tastes.
All our products are natural, without colouring agents, preservatives or artificial flavours. The ISO 22000 standard on food safety management (obtained in 2006) guarantees the quality, the regularity and the safety of each production.
