Wild bay of the corsican scrub, the arbutus is a fruit that’s very appreciated for its high vitamin C concentrations and its particularly soft taste. Its tree, the arbutus, is also known as « strawberry tree » making reference to the colours of its fruits.  To enjoy: at breakfast or for a snack, on a slice of soft cake.
