Corsican Fish Soup, 760gr *

This rock fish soup cooked according to the Corsican tradition is a delicious dish rich in flavours and aromas. We added on Corsican Fish Soup Charles Antona, an herb from the Corsican scrub: "Népita". Its taste is similar to the oregano and brings to this soup a slightly raised taste. Enjoy it with few croutons rubbed with garlic and fried in olive oil.
